We’re delighted to unveil our newly refurbished bedrooms, finished just in time for the winter season.

Our aim was to respect the Victorian character of a building that has welcomed guests since 1885, while adding the comfort you’d expect from a modern stay. The bedrooms now feature traditional wall panelling in a soft sage green, a striking oak slatted feature wall, and new furniture with fluted fronts and brushed brass handles. Each room has an upholstered headboard, check and velvet cushions, warm table lamps and a dressing table with a mirror, making it as comfortable for a working trip as for a weekend away.

The en-suite shower rooms have been completely renewed, with walk-in showers behind sliding glass doors, thermostatic controls, stone-effect walls with built-in shelving niches, and illuminated mirrors.

Every room also has a wall-mounted TV and a tea and coffee tray with a coffee machine, so you can settle in and relax as soon as you arrive.
