The conference facilities at the Hotel Commodore offer the perfect solution to that question of where do we hold next meeting? The variety of meeting rooms are ideal for conferences, tutorials, presentations, training workshops and seminars.
The Hotel Commodore has it’s own car park and the main foyer entrance is on the same level as the car park which is beneficial to disabled delegates.
Each meeting room has as standard a large screen, flip chart, water dispenser & wi-fi connection.

The Ballroom
The Ballroom is of a classic design with the benefits of natural light from two large windows. The room is therefore light and airy and just right for the large meeting
Adjoining the Ballroom is the Fountain Restaurant, whereby if you are looking for a venue where space is of paramount importance then the Ballroom & Resataurant combined would be an ideal choice, accommodating 150 persons with concert style meeting


The De Winton/Plas Winton Rooms
The De Winton & Plas Winton Meeting Rooms both of traditional design with high ceilings are also light and airy meeting rooms with natural daylight. These meeting rooms being adjacent to one another are ideal for conference requiring breakout facilities


The Radnor Room
The Radnor Meeting Room is the latest of our meeting rooms to be completed, being modern in design the Radnor is ideal for holding interviews or a small seminar
The Radnor Lounge
The Radnor Lounge is also available for meetings and is ideal for the service of refreshments or even just as a place to sit down, check your emails and relax, or meet your associates and unwind!
