Conference Rates
When you decide to book a meeting room at the Hotel Commodore you can choose what type of package you wish to use:-
Option 1 - is to pay separately for the meeting room and refreshments and if you decide that this is the best option for you then please contact our conference assistant at the hotel and enquire about our individual rates for meeting rooms, refreshments etc
Option 2 – is to choose a Day Delegate Rate which will cover everything you will need. The Day Delegate Rate is based on a total rate per person so that it is easy for you to establish just how much the meeting is going to cost. Listed below are our Delegate Rates and these range from day packages through to 36 hour packages

Terms & Conditions
All delegate packages are available for a minimum of 8 delegates
For day delegate bookings on meetings with an attendance of under 8 delegates an additional 25% of the standard room hire charge will apply
All equipment must be pre-booked In order to confirm confirmation
A conference booking form must be completedand signed and returned to the Hotel Commodore
Cancellation Policy
Up to 3 weeks prior to the event, where the total cost of the conference would not have exceeded £200 a standard cancellation charge of £50 will apply
Up to 3 weeks prior to the event, where the total cost of the conference would have exceeded £200 a standard cancellation charge of 25% of the total cost of the reservation will apply
Under 3 weeks – 75% total charge
Under 1 week – 100% charge
